Cinderella is a non-alcoholic cocktail recipe, full of vitamin C with delicious citrus juices such as orange and lemon. If you find it too acidic, add 1cl of grenadine syrup, the sugar that reduces the acidity of the lemon juice.



  • 45 ml of Orange juice
  • 45 ml of Pineapple juice
  • 20 ml of Lime juice
  • 20 ml of Grenadine syrup



Pour in a shaker filled with ice cubes, orange juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Hit a few seconds and go through a glass filtering the ice with a cocktail strainer.

Decorate with a slice of orange.

Several variants exist for this cocktail, for example by replacing pineapple juice with apple juice, or by adding soda (7-up, Sprite).

To prepare a Cinderella for 10, 20, 30 or 40 people, simply multiply the quantities indicated in the original recipe by the number of glasses desired.
