Virgin Mojito

Virgin Mojito is a non-alcohol version of the famous Mojito where Cuban rum is simply replaced by apple juice. The other ingredients, including mint, are preserved and the recipe is identical to the original. A non-alcoholic Mojito to serve children or those who limit their alcohol consumption.

Ingredients

  • 10 leaves of fresh mint
  • 6 cl of Apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 0.5 Lime (fruit)
  • Sparkling water

Preparation

In a tall glass, crush the half-lime cut into small cubes with a teaspoon of sugar. Add the fresh mint leaves and gently crush them without grinding. Fill the glass half with crushed ice and add the apple juice. Mix and fill with sparkling water.

Decorate with a slice of lime and serve with 2 straws.

To prepare a Virgin Mojito for 10, 20, 30 or 40 people, simply multiply the quantities indicated in the original recipe by the number of glasses desired.
