Here is a tequila cocktail whose name evokes Mexico, country of origin of tequila, this alcohol produced from blue agave. Acapulco Bay is 400 km from Mexico City. This is where Margaret Sames, the creator of another tequila cocktail recipe, Margarita, lived. An Acapulco cocktail presented in a tulip glass and decorated with fresh exotic fruits.



  • 3 cl of Rum
  • 3 cl of Tequila
  • 6 cl of Pineapple juice
  • 3 cl of Coconut milk
  • 3 cl of Grapefruit juice



Pour in a shaker half filled with ice cubes, tequila, white Cuban rum, coconut milk and fresh fruit juice. Knock and pour into a long drink glass by holding the ice with a strainer.

To prepare an Acapulco for 10, 20, 30 or 40 people, simply multiply the quantities indicated in the original recipe by the number of glasses desired.
