Coco Loco

Ingredients

  • 6 cl of Tequila
  • 3 cl of Rum
  • 3 cl of Gin or Vodka
  • 6 cl of Pineapple juice
  • 1 Lime (fruit)
  • 1 tbsp of Cane sugar syrup
  • 1 Coconut (fruit) or 2,5 cl of Coconut milk

 

Preparation

Open a fresh coconut by cutting the top. Do not discard the juice. Add a cup of crushed ice to the coconut and pour in the liquid ingredients. Squeeze a lime over the drink before putting it on. Stir.

To prepare a Coco Loco for 10, 20, 30 or 40 people, simply multiply the quantities indicated in the original recipe by the number of glasses desired.
