Here is the original recipe of the Blue Lagoon, an easy and quick cocktail to prepare whose beautiful blue color will be a sensation to your guests. The vodka and lemon mixture works perfectly.
In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, pour the vodka, the blue curacao (Bols, Marie Brizard ...) and the lemon juice. Close the shaker and strike hard for a few seconds. Pass in a martini glass by holding the ice cubes with a colander.
If you find this Blue Lagoon too full-bodied, you can adapt the recipe by adding cane sugar syrup, lemonade or grapefruit juice.
To prepare a Blue Lagoon for 10, 20, 30 or 40 people, simply multiply the quantities indicated in the original recipe by the number of glasses desired.
